What was the highlight of Reverence Mare Hotel
Close to Perfect, Just One Disappointing Experience
I'd rate this hotel a solid 99%! Both the rooms and public areas are incredibly clean and inviting—truly spectacular! As for the location, it’s unbeatable. Stunning sea views and a variety of shops are just steps away. The staff is fantastic (with one small exception). One of the highlights was having half-board, meaning we enjoyed dinner at the hotel each night, and the food was different every evening. It was a pleasure to experience a unique menu each day, so there was never a chance of repeating a meal. The restaurant team was absolutely wonderful; every single person went above and beyond! Thank you again for an amazing experience. ???? I highly recommend staying here!
This could have been a perfect stay if a simple request had been handled differently. I booked a privilege room, which ended up being at the far left side of the building. On our second day, I noticed several rooms on the same floor, facing the sea, were being cleaned and looked vacant. I asked if we could be moved to one of those, as they were the same room type and offered a better view. Unfortunately, the receptionist (I’ll refrain from mentioning names) told us all rooms were fully booked, which didn’t quite make sense. We had booked based on room type, not a specific room number, and I was simply looking to enhance our experience by moving to another privilege room with a better view. Later, I spoke with a couple who was staying in one of those sea-facing rooms—they were also in a privilege room but had only just checked in. They hadn’t made any special requests for the view; it was simply assigned to them. The receptionist didn’t make any effort to accommodate us, just repeating that all rooms were booked. This particular staff member, who seemed senior in both age and experience, was also the only one who didn’t engage with us in a friendly manner, unlike the rest of the team. This experience did affect our stay and is why I can’t rate it a full 10/10.

Great hotel for its price!
Very good and various breakfast. Pleasant and helpful stuff available 24 hours . Great location - a sea across the road. Despite of many bars and restaurants close to the hotel it was quiet in the room. Everyday cleaning. Comfortable bed. And room is quite big with everything needed. Nice spa zone. Different activities in the evenings. A bus stop right down at the hotel (25 minutes ride to the center of Palma)
Wifi was very poor in the room, but at the rest territory it was fine!

My second time here. Lovely hotel with really friendly staff
The location is perfect, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The beach is literally opposite the hotel, surrounded by lovely restaurants
Just need a little bit of maintenance work but nothing major. Our room often smelled like sewage if you didn’t shut the bathroom door.
